Showcase Times and Fees
Saturday, October 3 11:00am - 2:30pm
Before June 1, 2009
Single-Site Health System $1,000
Multi-Site Health System $1,500
After June 1, 2009
Single-Site Health System $1,750
Multi-Site Health System $2,250
The booth area is 10' wide by 10' deep and will consist of a 10' draped backdrop. In addition, a 6' table and two chairs will be provided for each booth as well as a company name sign. Should you require an additional table or electrical putlet, please indicate on the application (Please note that these items cost $100.00 and $125.00, respectively). Displays may be professionally prepared provided they fit within the assigned booth space.
Persons staffing EOS booths are not required to register for Seminar 2009, unless attending other programs. In addition, the EOS will be promoted on the CSHP website, via broadcast email, on registration materials, and during Seminar.
