
Displays should be a standard 4' high by 8' wide. Booth area is 10' wide by 10' deep. A standardized one-line sign, one table and a corkboard will be provided for each booth. Should you require an additional table or electrical outlet, please indicate on the application. (Please note that these items cost $100.00 and $125.00, respectively.) Displays may be professionally prepared provided they fit within the assigned booth space (10' wide by 10' deep).
Important Residency Showcase Information
Residency and Fellowship Showcase exhibitors must be registered for Seminar 2010. Upon arrival, all Residency Showcase, Advanced Showcase and Fellowship Showcase exhibitors will be directed to the Seminar Registration Desk. A CSHP employee with collect registration fees (if not pre-registered) and provide exhibitors with a Seminar badge and registration packet before proceeding to the showcase area.
A program handout describing the activities of each showcase exhibitor will be distributed at the entrance to the exhibit hall. Briefly summarize your program's goals and objectives in a 100-word descriptive paragraph. Submissions exceeding 100 words will be edited but not re-written. Institutions with multiple programs are asked to please confine their descriptive paragraph to 100 words. However, if you feel confining your paragraph description to 100 words is a hardship, you may request an extension for a negotiable administrative fee. Please email, mail or fax your description to:

Assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Space may be limited, so a prompt response is recommended to reserve your booth. The showcase application must be received no later than August 1, 2010 in order to be included in the Seminar 2010 Program Book.
